Mazak MkIII RTC
- 4000 watt laser, 4 axis with tapping and rotary tube chuck (RTC)
- Cuts thicknesses up to ¾” mild steel, ½” stainless steel and 3/8” aluminum
- Integrated tapping head
- RTC gives us the ability to add holes/cutouts to all sides of any tube and cut it to length in one operation
LVD Axel 3015 L Shuttle Table Laser
- 4000 watt laser with load/unload automation
- Cuts thicknesses up to ¾” mild steel, ½” stainless steel and 3/8” aluminum
Strippit 1250 Laser Turret Punch
- 1,500 watt laser
- Machine can add various formed features (louvers, dimples, extrusions, etc.) to flat sheets without additional machine setups
