Our tube forming services are enhanced by the Ercolina TB60, which features:
- An A40-P two-axis positioning table for precise, multiple and sequential bends
- A mild steel tube capacity of 2-1/2″
- A pipe capacity of 2″ schedule 40
- A square tube capacity of 2″
- Maximum CLR 15″
- The ability to bend to a centerline radius (CLR) as small as twice the diameter of the tube
- Counter bending die positioning is monitored electronically, ensuring accuracy and repeatability
